Most of us know that we should probably eat more fruits and vegetables, and less ice cream. Actually making the better choices can be challenging! Healthy Eating Coaching helps you do it effortlessly.

We hate meal plans and counting calories. So do a lot of our clients. That’s why the HealthFit approach is different.

Rather than telling you what should do, we work with you to figure out what healthy choices will work for you, and where you might have a little wiggle room. Then we figure out how to fit them into your lifestyle without causing too much disruption. You don’t need to overhaul your entire life. In fact, eating is not just about being healthy (or not). It’s about enjoying life, good food, social times… Not just eating salad.

Success is just figuring out what works for you, and we’re here to help. Our coaching clients have the most success when working with the HealthFit Coaching program for a minimum of three months, however you can choose to purchase a single month of coaching (two 30-minute sessions) or sign-up for ongoing monthly coaching (two 30-minute sessions per month). There is no minimum period of commitment and you can cancel anytime. Because we work on building healthy habits that are appropriate for you, this program will work for weight loss, muscle gain, and general health, often improving health markers like lowering cholesterol.

HealthFit Coaching offers two effective coaching options. You can do it all via email and be totally flexible with your time and coaching contact, or if you want a more personal experience, you can select our phone/Skype option. Both program options are 100% personalized to make sure you get the support you need, and are on-going programs on a month-to-month basis. There is no minimum commitment and you can cancel your coaching whenever you want.

Healthy Eating Program – Email delivery

Your monthly coaching program includes:

Your initial consult via email, where you can tell us all about yourself and your goals, challenges, time-frames and all the other important information! After review of your forms, your coach will provide options on how to best proceed, and what you can expect from the program. Your coach will help you figure out how you want to attack your top healthy eating priority – your success strategies – and put your plan into action.  (This is for the Email Delivery only.)

Emailed session notes, including your success strategies and any appropriate homework. We’ll talk a lot, discuss a lot of ideas, and play with options. You might not remember everything, so we make sure you get a recap after each session. This will include which strategy you plan to work on, and how you think you can best achieve it.

Email support from your coach whenever you need it. Feeling tempted to go off-plan? Let us know! We can help you come up with some diversion tactics. The goal is not to deny yourself, but find substitutes that are healthy, easy, and satisfying, or figure out when (and how much) you can indulge and still be moving forward.

Your initial consult via phone or Skype, at a time that suits both parties. We’ll email your Healthy Eating Coaching client forms and during the call, will review them together. This is where you can tell us all about yourself and your goals, challenges, time-frames and all the other important information! You and your coach will discuss how to best proceed, and what you can expect from the program. Your coach will help you figure out how you want to attack your top healthy eating priority – your success strategies – and put your plan into action.

One 30-min Skype or phone session with your coach per month. Each session starts with a recap: how is everything going? We review what’s working, what might not be, and then we plan the next step in the process. Your coach is there to guide you and give you support, but your input in this process is equally important – only you know what works for you in real life. At the end of each session, you’ll have a specific, focused action plan to work on for the next month.

How it works:

  1. Complete the sign up form below, and choose your delivery method (Email or Phone/Skype coaching).
  2. Check your email within one business day. You’ll have a copy of your Healthy Eating Coaching client forms, where you can tell us all about yourself and your goals. You’ll also receive your coaching contract outlining our monthly commitment to you, and you to us, as well as your first month’s invoice. These all need to be completed and returned to proceed.
  3. Once we receive your Client Forms and payment, your coach will email you with your Client Form review to start the coaching process (Email delivery) or schedule your first session via phone or Skype (Phone/Skype delivery) and get to it!
  4. Once we have the ball rolling, we’ll be checking in on a weekly basis to give you all the support and motivation you need. And help is always just an email away!
