No two people are alike, and HealthFit Coaching reflects that.
You can choose to master and refine the basics of healthy lifestyle choices, or dive deep, knowing that your coaching comes with a friendly face and zero judgement. We use a flexible, personally tailored approach based on a supportive framework, so you are free to create your own satisfying, sustainable, healthy lifestyle.

None of our coaching options have a minimum commitment, and you can mix it up with sessions from different coaching options using time frames that work best for you. Discover what healthy, fit, and happy feels like!

Tailored Coaching
The cream of the HealthFit Coaching crop.

Tailored coaching provides the ultimate in personal attention. During your sessions, and with the help of your coach, you will explore the choices you can make that will elevate your health, fitness, and happiness to new heights. Each session will focus on one aspect of one of the four key areas of health – movement, food, sleep, or stress management – that you believe will have the greatest positive impact on your life.

We’ll discuss your challenges surrounding that element, potential ways to tackle and solve these problems, and then come up with a progress plan to help you nail the changes you decide you want to make. As you implement your progress plan, your coach will be right there with you providing all the support and guidance you might need. In addition, you’ll receive useful, practical information and tools to maximize your success and progress, and help you stay excited about the process.

Included:

  • One 60-minute, completely individualized coaching session, resulting in your progress plan
  • Session recap (via email) to ensure plan clarity
  • Up to four weeks of unlimited email, phone, and/or text message support to help you stay on track and clarify any points arising from your session(s)
  • Informative handouts to support your efforts
  • Your own take-home coaching pack to help you stay on track with your progress plan

Investment: $150 per session
5 sessions for $650

Kick Start Coaching
Your roadmap to healthy, fit, and happy.

If you are ready to make positive changes but aren’t sure where to start, this is the coaching option for you. Kick Start Coaching follows a structured plan that covers the most important elements of the four key areas of health – movement, food, sleep, and stress management. You’ll learn how your approach to these areas can shape your health, and why each element is important to consider. You’ll be given clear, understandable information relevant to each element, and you can be confident that this information is accurate and will actually work! Using this information, the structured framework, and your coach’s guidance, you’ll develop your own individual approach, ensuring that each new healthy choice you make is a perfect fit for you.

Each session covers a specific topic, presented in the order that will give you the most effective and efficient progress. The complete structured program includes 15 topics, however there is no minimum commitment – complete as many or as few of the topics as you feel are necessary.

Included:

  • One 60-minute coaching session based on one of the 15 structured topics, resulting in your progress plan
  • Session recap (via email) to ensure plan clarity
  • Up to four weeks of unlimited email support to help you stay on track and clarify any points arising from your session(s)
  • Informative handouts to support your efforts

Quick Coaching
Health and fitness for busy people.

Quick Coaching is an abbreviated version of the same structured program offered in Kick Start Coaching. You’ll focus on the same elements of the four key areas of health – movement, food, sleep, and stress management – and receive the same information and materials, but spend less time per session with your coach. There are greater elements of DIY with Quick Coaching, but you still have the opportunity to make informed decisions, positive changes, and great progress.

Each session covers a specific topic, presented in the order that will give you the most effective and efficient progress. The complete structured program includes 15 topics, however there is no minimum commitment – complete as many or as few of the topics as you feel are necessary.

Included:

  • One 30-minute coaching session based on one of the 15 structured topics, resulting in your progress plan
  • Up to four weeks of unlimited email support to help you stay on track and clarify any points arising from your session(s)
  • Informative handouts to support your efforts
  • Your own take-home coaching pack to help you stay on track with your progress plan

Investment: $70 per session
5 sessions for $300
