HealthFit Coaching provides accountability, motivation, and support in making positive changes to your health and fitness, without any guilt-trips or lectures. You and your coach will work together to figure out easy steps you can take to improve your health and fitness without a total lifestyle overhaul. You’ll be surprised at how great you’ll feel!
Basic Health and Fitness Coaching includes:
- Monthly one-on-one coaching session
- A specific action plan for the month
- Personal progress diary to help you stay on track
- Weekly email check-ins
- Access to Brisbane’s best health care professionals for specialised advice
HealthFit Health and Fitness Coaching is available on-site, at your home, office, or other location of your choice around Brisbane, or online via Skype or Facebook Messenger.
Sessions are available by appointment, with flexible availability including before and after standard office hours, and on weekends.
