Tailored coaching provides the ultimate in personal attention. During your sessions, and with the help of your coach, you will explore the choices you can make that will elevate your health, fitness, and happiness to new heights. Each session will focus on one aspect of one of the four key areas of health – movement, food, sleep, or stress management – that you believe will have the greatest positive impact on your life.
We’ll discuss your challenges surrounding that element, potential ways to tackle and solve these problems, and then come up with a progress plan to help you nail the changes you decide you want to make. As you implement your progress plan, your coach will be right there with you providing all the support and guidance you might need. In addition, you’ll receive useful, practical information and tools to maximize your success and progress, and help you stay excited about the process.
- One 60-minute, completely individualized one-on-one coaching session, resulting in your progress plan
- Session recap (via email) to ensure plan clarity
- Up to four weeks of unlimited email, phone, and/or text message support to help you stay on track and clarify any points arising from your session(s)
- Informative handouts to support your efforts
- Your own take-home coaching pack to help you stay on track with your progress plan
