New To Health And Fitness?

Get off to a good start.

With the constant changes in health and exercise recommendations, good advice is crucial. Setting goals, planning meals, and figuring out how to exercise can take as much time and energy as the workout itself. It’s hard to get ahead when you’re overwhelmed before you start.

It doesn’t have to be so hard.

If you are new to exercise (or getting back into it), or have gotten to the point where you need to put your health first – so you can live life better – HealthFit is for you.

The HealthFit Coaching blog answers your health and fitness questions by translating research-based recommendations into ideas you can use immediately. Search the site, or submit your own question here.

For a personally guided program, you can work with me directly to create a plan that is completely your own. Otherwise, sign up below for new posts, and learn when our next round of pre-set programs will come out. You’ll be able to choose from exercise and movement, food habits, sleep, and stress management. Stay tuned!

About Me

Hi, I’m Erin. I was not an active kid, didn’t grow up playing sports, and wasn’t til I was in my 20s that I started exercising. And I was hooked. Most of my late 20s and 30s saw a lull – life so often gets in the way and motivation was low – but I kick started myself in my late 30s. Now my body is better than ever. Yours can be too.
