Our main areas of service include inner city Brisbane and the western suburbs, including Spring Hill, Paddington, Bardon, Rosalie, Milton, Auchenflower, Toowong, Taringa, St Lucia, Indooroopilly, Chapel Hill, Kenmore, Graceville, and Chelmer. In-home exercise physiology and healthy eating support programs can be arranged outside these areas by request.
Future Proof Sessions
Want to live your life free from worry about injury or health problems? Future Proof Sessions will provide you with an overview of your current musculoskeletal health, your injury risks, and how you can best achieve great health and fitness for all your years to come – either on your own or with the help of the right allied health and medical professionals. These sessions can be provided in-home as a standalone service, or at special events in collaboration with our referral partners and local health and fitness providers. Loved your Starter Pack? (Of COURSE you did!) Stick with it with regular sessions. You choose how often you train, and we take care of the rest. Please note that we have flexible scheduling, so if you’re away and will miss your normal session, you can easily make it up.

Did you know that exercise physiology sessions may be claimable on your private health fund? Rebates differ by package and company. You can find out what exercise physiology rebate you’re eligible for by contacting your fund directly.
Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plans (CDM) – GP Referred
If you have a chronic disease like heart disease or diabetes, or an ongoing musculoskeletal (muscle, bone, or joint) condition like lower back pain, you may be eligible for a partial rebate from Medicare for up to five sessions per year through the Chronic Disease Management program. This program was formerly known as the “Extended Primary Care” (EPC) program.
If you feel that you have an ongoing or chronic condition that you can help manage with exercise, please speak to your GP. We are unable to provide these sessions without a GP referral. If you’re unsure if you might qualify for a CDM plan, please contact HealthFit and we can provide an overview of commonly-covered conditions, as well as advise how exercise may benefit you in your specific situation.
Exercise physiology sessions under CDM plans will require payment of normal One-Off Session fees (see above). A tax invoice will be provided to allow you to claim your Medicare rebate of $52.95.
