What to Expect at This Workshop   
Dress to stretch and strengthen – you’ll be invited to join in the exercises! In addition to learning office-friendly exercises that will get you feeling better immediately, you’ll have the chance to meet and network with other health-minded people. This allows you to exchange ideas and share strategies, and maybe even make a new friend or business contact. There will also be a casual question and answer period at the end of the workshop, where you can ask your coach about your health and fitness concerns.
