May ’24 – Business update

Hi all!

Business has been busy! I wanted to share a quick update, to keep you in the loop on some recent developments and coming changes.

Business hours and massage appointments – East Brisbane

In order to maximise available appointments, I’m making some changes to my business hours and massage appointment structure.

From June 1, 2024, all massage appointments will change to 50 minutes. If you have an existing appointment at that date, it will remain unchanged. Business hours will also change slightly, as listed below, and I will be offering some Saturday appointments.

Appointment availability at East Brisbane (exercise physiology, habit coaching, and remedial massage)

  • Mondays 7:15am-2:00pm
  • Tuesdays 1:00pm-5:15pm
  • Fridays 7:15am-2:00pm
  • Saturdays 8am-11:30am

I can be flexible so if you’re not able to find a time that suits, or if I appear to be booked up just send me a message and I may be able to accommodate you.

Additional location for exercise physiology and habit coaching

I’m now seeing exercise physiology clients in Annerley, inside the Osteofit premises. It’s a lovely private studio with a bit more traditional gym equipment and a few less kettlebells (ha).

I’m in Annerley on Wednesdays, with appointments available between 6:30am-3:00pm. This location is exercise physiology and habit coaching only.

Staying Social

I’ve recently revamped my website, which now includes links to online booking (on the home page and the top of each page) and updated information on location and services. You’re on it now! Please feel free to have a look around.

I’m also getting into gear on Instagram, so if you’d like to follow along, you can find me here @healthfitcoaching.

Thank you

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has continued to support my little business and for the wonderful conversations, laughter, and time you share with me. I’m so grateful, and truly honoured to be a part of your self- and health care!
