Menopause Strength Foundation Program

An 8-week program based on best-practice exercise science, for women in perimenopause and post-menopause. You’ll build strength, stamina, confidence, and resilience.

Programs are available one-on-one, or in a small group training setting. Each option includes a one-on-one assessment session, and 16 45-minute training sessions.

Healthy habit coaching

Be supported through the process of building new, healthy habits. Using your goals and current lifestyle as a starting point, together we’ll form a simple plan to move your forward, navigating challenges and highlighting what you already do well.

Remedial Massage
